Westley Court is a complex of 71 apartments, built in 1989 and administered by Westley Court Management Ltd, a company whose shareholders are all the owners of the apartments.  The board of directors consists of two residents and two external members.

 

This is not a retirement complex, but the apartments are most suitable for people aged 55 and over.   The one and two-bedroom apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and there is car parking for 79 vehicles.

Apartment Features

 

The apartments are on four floors, serviced by two lifts.  Each has one or two

en-suite bathrooms, a fitted kitchen with built-in washer-dryer, a fridge with freezer compartment, oven and hob with extractor fan.  Apartments have night storage heaters (Economy 7) with an additional backup immersion heater.  All windows are double glazed and walls are insulated.  Lounges and kitchens are open plan, and each apartment has a beautiful view.

 

Security & Peace of Mind

 

Security is paramount, with a reception desk manned 24-hours-a-day throughout the year, and CCTV cameras operate internally and externally throughout the complex.

 

An emergency call system operates by which residents can get immediate help from management staff. Westley Court has an active residents’ association which arranges many social events and runs the bar.
