The freehold of the estate is owned by Westley Court Management, which runs the estate on behalf of its shareholder owners.

The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, supplemented with CCTV monitoring, providing security and peace of mind.

The day-to-day running of the complex is overseen by a General Manager and a team dedicated to the smooth running of the facilities.
A combination of one and two-bedroom apartments, 72 in total, are on four floors, accessible by lifts or stairs.
